KUNG FU
Kung fu has the most extensive techniques, skills and philosophy, enriches people’s life and leads to spiritual fulfilment.Kung Fu contains many styles of martial arts.
What we teach here is “Hsing Chan Full Contact Kung-Fu”. This style has been originated by and Indian originGrand Master Dr. A. L. P Kumar, MBS (Homoeo) – President of International Chinese Kick Boxing Association. Hsing Chan is a full contact style of combat where you learn to explore the strengths hidden in different parts of your body.
It starts with making your defense techniques stronger and then makes your attacking techniques more powerful. The idea is to save more energy for counter attack.
CHINESE KICK BOXING
Kickboxing though is part of Traditional Kung fu but over a period of time has created its own identity not only as martial artbut also in sports. Unlike Western boxing, where fighters wearing hand gloves fight more extensively with hand techniques, Chinese Kick Boxing is more to do with hand and Leg techniques.
The aim of Chinese kickboxing is to progressively train your body as well as your mind to achieve positive health and to acquire effective skill to defend yourself successfully at all times. Chinese kickboxing is the art of total self-defense.
NINPO TAIJUTSU
Ninpo is a traditional Japanese martial art, and is more commonly known by the term Ninjutsu. Long ago the people who trained in ninpo were known as ninja, the famous shadow Warriors of Japan.Ninpo is the higher order training of ninjutsu which encompasses spiritual as well as the physical.

SQAY

Before 4012 B.C Sqay Martial Art was used by Kashmir’s to protect themselves and used this art for killing animals for their food purposes.
But after 3905 B.C the king “Diya Dev” give the training of this art to the soldiers for protection of Kashmir from enemies and give strict orders to follow up these rules to soldiers.During the muslim period from 1325 A.D to 1819 A.D, the SQAY Martial Art training was compulsory for Kashmiri soldiers. These martial art were known as Kashmiri “Shamsherizen”.After the 1819 A.D due to the poor intention of government, the ancient traditional war art of Kashmir was not developed and popularity thus vanishing this art of defense from Kashmir. The techniques are more to do with weapon fights.
SELF DEFENSE TECH
Many people in life don’t prefer to fight and avoid confrontation and heated arguments, this is not because they are weak by body but because out of their good mature behavior. But times come when one has to face the attacks. Idea here is not to get into any fight but basic steps to prevent our self from getting hurt.
Fear in nature is a natural power if used in right manner, it prevents person to act but if person know the facts same fear becomes the power to defend. We train on self defense techniques which form your routine day to day body movements and actions like eating actions, picking up your bag, etc. These techniques are not for attacking your opponent, but to prevent ourselves from any attack.
SHORT – COMBAT TECH
Some people have courage to go a step ahead from self defending approach to attacking approach. Situation comes when person has to fight up with his opponent. We train techniques of attacking along with defense. No matter what background you come from or how much strong you are, techniques once practiced can make you face any strong opponent.
The use of your routine body movements into attacks, with less energy and strong impact, is our key focus in teaching short combat techniques. Hence we give more focus on hand techniques for short combat fights.
WEAPONS
Weapons training have wide range covering Sword, Nanchaku, Tonfa, Hand Boo, Sai, Shin boo, etc. But we understand that these weapons are not part of our daily life or day to day use. Hence our approach in this training is to make use of any object from your day to day life and make it a weapon.
Objects like pen, pencil, books, keys, belt, hand bag, any cloth piece etc. can not only become a self defense tool but also act as a harmful weapon for short combat fights or street fights.
